Šį kartą nutariau pakalbėti gana rimta tema, tačiau nenuobodžia. Turbūt ne viena ir ne kartą esate girdėjusios apie Pompėją. Miestą, kurio gyvybė užgeso po ugnikalnio išsiveržimo...
Pompėja - istorinis miestas Italijoje. Miestas stūksojo netoli Vezuvijaus ugnikalnio, greta dabartinio Neapolio miesto. Apie 79m. ugnikalnis išsiveržė ir visiškai sunaikino miestą.
Vezuvijaus ugnikalnis
79 metais po Kristaus gimimo rugpjūčio 20 d. įvyko žymiausias, iš visų rašytinėje istorijoje užfiksuotų, vulkano išsiveržimas. Vezuvijaus kalnas, sprogo efektingu būdu į 12 mylių aukštį išmesdamas debesis dulkių, pelenų bei uolienų kurios uždengė saulę. Vakare prasidėjo dar baisesni išsiveržimai. Atėjus rytui, Pompėjos ir Herkulanėjaus miestai buvo užkloti vulkaninio purvo sluoksniu, be jokių gyvybės žymių. Taip palaidoti jie išbuvo 1700 metų kol juos aptiko archeologai.
Istorija
Istorikai nustatė, kad Pompėja jau prieš Vezuvijaus išsiveržimą buvo nukentėjusi nuo ugnikalnio išsiveržimo. Atkasta Pompėja daug ką atskleidžia apie mieste vyravusį gyvenimą. Forumas, pirtys, daugybė namų ir keletas tokių užmiesčio vilų kaip Misterijų vila yra stebėtinai gerai išsilaikę. Pompėja buvo gyvybingas miestas, apie tai byloja archeologiniai radiniai. Pompėjos miestą dažnai drebino nestiprūs žemės drebėjimai, tačiau kartą miestą pasiekė stiprūs požeminiai smūgiai. Buvo padaryta daug žalos, tačiau žmonės atsatinėjo miestą ir toliau gyveno.

Iš tikrųjų klausytis pasakojimų apie Pompėją žymei įdomiau nei skaityti. Pompėja tikrai buvo nuostabus miestas. Tai rodo Pompėjos istorija, archeologiniai radiniai. Dabar Pompėja, vienas iš didžiausių turistų traukos taškų. Manau keista stovėti Pompėjoje kur atsitiko tokia tragiška nelaimė. Pompėja buvo paslėpta, užklota pelenais dulkėmis ir purvu. Palaidota. Neįsivaizduoju ką tie žmonės gyvenę Pompėjoje turėjo išgyventi. Kai pagalvoji... Vis dėl to mes laimingi žmonės... Ugnikalnių aplinkui nesimato. Tačiau visada atsiranda kita grėsmė. Šis mano straipsnis trumpas.Dėl to labai atsiprašau. Tačiau noras apie šį miestą papasakoti, nors trumpai buvo didelis. Paprasčiausiai neturiu žodžių apibūdinti šią nelaimę, o kalbėti apie tai kaip kiti tik ir plūsta pasivaikščioti griuvėsiais, pasisemti to gyvybingumo ir miesto paslaptingo noro kalbėti neturiu. Šie pasakojimai apie Pompėją slegia. Taigi, manau, kad nenuteisit už tai, kad mano straipsnelis ne toks jau ir kokybiškas šį kartą gavosi.

Geras... Šią naktį sapnavau jog mūsų mieste (Biržuose) išsiveržė ugnikalnis (hmm.. Keista, juk Lietuvoje nėra ugnikalnių..). Visi nutarėme jog pagrindinis pastatas kurį reikia ginti nuo lavos tai ligoninė, tad gaisrininkai purškė vandenį ant lavos ir keistu būdu, labai greitai sukietėjo... Kiek žinau, likau gyva...
