Sveikos merginos! Jau parašiusi 3 straipsnius pradedu galvoti, ar tikrai tos temos tokios svarbios ir aktualios visoms mums. Ir priėjau išvados , kad tik iš dalies. Todėl, šiandien, mano tema bus aktuali visoms, kadangi nelaiminga meilė yra kone dažniausias reiškinys šiuolaikinio jaunimo tarpe, o šokoladas – artimas draugas kone visoms!

Pagalvokime, visgi kiek kartų mes verkėme, gadinomės sau nervus dėl vaikino? O to pasekmėje tiesiog kilogramais valgėme šokoladą? Manau, jog begalę kartu. Ir iš ties, praėjus nervų priepuoliui  kelios susimastome, kaip tai galbūt pakenks mūsų figūrai, ir imame graužti save? DAUGUMA!

Taigi, ŠOKOLADO nauda:

  • Šokolado plytelės lūžio vieta turi būti visiškai matinė, nors pačios šokolado plytelės paviršius yra lygus ir blizgantis.
  • Nedidelis šokolado gabalėlis burnoje, ant liežuvio, akimirksniu ištirpsta (jei taip nėra, vadinasi, kakavos sviestas pakeistas riebalais). Žinokite, kad kakavos sviestas tirpsta jau +32 ºC temperatūroje.
  • Šokoladas vadinamas karčiuoju, jei kakavos jame daugiau nei 50 proc., ir juoduoju – jei apie 40 proc.
  • Pieniškas šokoladas geras, jei kakavos jame yra 35–40 proc. ir būtinai pridėta natūralios vanilės.
  • Iš pažiūros geras šokoladas turi būti tolygiai vienodos spalvos, lygus ir blizgantis. Jo paviršius turi būti žvilgantis, sausas ir nepažeistas, be abejo – be pilkų apnašų.
  • Jei šokoladas, kuriuo ruošiatės gardžiuotis, neatitinka visų šių sąlygų, tai tikriausiai jis pagamintas pažeidžiant šokolado gamybos technologijas arba laikytas netinkamomis sąlygomis.

Taip pat, visos dažnai pasiskaitome apie svorio metimą, dietas ir panašius dalykus. Taigi, galiu jus nudžiuginti. Egzistuoja toks dalykas, kaip šokolado dieta.

ŠOKOLADO DIETA 

Dietos trukmė
Ne ilgiau kaip 5 dienos. Po jos reikėtų daryti ne trumpesnę kaip 6 dienų pertrauką.
Rezultatai
Per 5 dienas gali netekti 6 kg.
Dietos esmė: 
Viso dietos laikymo dienos racionas analogiškas: per dieną gali išgerti dvi stiklines lieso pieno ir suvalgyti 100 gramų juodojo šokolado. Gerti galima arbatą, balintą kavą, tačiau  be cukraus. Griežtai!

Vis dėlto, Lietuvoje vyraujanti krizė ne visada suteikia mums galimybę nusipirkti iš ties gero šokolado.
Taigi, pateikiu porą labai paprastų receptų smaližiams!

ŠOKOLADAS
Ingredientai:
1 stiklinė kakavos
1 stiklinė saldinto kondensuoto pieno
2 valgomieji šaukštai cukraus
100 ml pieno
0,5 stiklinės vandens

Gaminimas:
Pusę stiklinės vandens užvirinti arbatinuke arba ant viryklės. Ketvirtį to vandens sumaišyti su kakava, idėti cukraus ir išpilti į indą.Viską gerai išmaišyti, supilti pieną ir maišant daryti formas.

KOKOSINIAI ŠOKOLADUKAI
Ingredientai:
200 g kokosų drožlių
100 ml grietinėlės
150 ml cukraus pudros
70 g nesūdyto sviesto
1 ml romo ekstrakto (nebūtinai)
200 g pieniško šokolado

Gaminimas:
  1. Dubenyje sumaišykite kokoso drožles ir cukraus pudrą. Sudėkite grietinėlę bei sviestą į puodą ir šildykite ant silpnos ugnies, kol sviestas ištirps.
  2. Į pašildytą grietinėlę bei sviestą įlašinkite romo ekstrakto, gautą mišinį supilkite ant kokoso drožlių bei cukraus pudros ir gerai išmaišykite.
  3. Iš gautos masės rankomis formuokite mažus kamuoliukus ir dėkite juos ant sviestiniu popieriumi padengto padėklo arba lėkštės.
  4. Uždenkite kamuoliukus maistine plėvele it padėkite bent 1 val. į šaldytuvą, kad sustingtų.
  5. Išlydykite pienišką šokoladą.
  6. Kiekvieną kokoso kamuoliuką pamerkite į šiltą (bet ne karštą) ištirpintą šokoladą, kad jis gražiai pasidengtų šokoladu.Nulašinkite šokolado perteklių ir padėkite ant to paties sviestiniu popieriumi padengto padėklo.
  7. Tuomet padėkite į šaldytuvą apie 30-60 minučių, kad sustingtų šokoladas ir patiekite.

Taigi, mielosios, patyrėte nelaimingą meilę ir bijote griebtis mūsų draugo šokolado? Be reikalo! Svarbiausia, jauskit saiką ir pirmyn mėgautis šiuo skanėstu!

    Retai kada straipsniuose skaitau receptus, tačiau šįkart! Viską perskaičiau nuo pirmos iki paskutinės raidės.
    Gailiuosi, jog seniai mano širdis buvo sudaužyta. Gailiuosi, kad užsigrūdinau ir dabar šokolado valgau žymiai mažiau. :D Po šio straipsnio tikrai nuoširdžiai dėl tokių dalykų gailiuosi. :D Tačiau labiausiai galiuosi, kad po ranka neturiu šokolado.
    Esi žmogus, kuris rašydamas moka pritraukti. Priverti viską perskaityti ir Tu gali nebijoti, jog kažkas pasakys, kad straipsnis neįdomus. Nes tai reikš tik vieną iš dviejų dalykų:
    1. Arba tas žmogus nemėgsta šokolado (kas praktiškai yra neįmanoma);
    2. Arba ta asmenybė neskaitė straipsnio ar tik permetė jį akimis.

    Buvau kategoriškai nusistačiusi prieš šokoladą, sakiau, kad nebevalgysiu (na nebent prieš varžybas), bet kai perskaičiau šį straipsnį, pagalvojau, kad galbūt aš klydau... Ir perskaičiusi paskutines eilutes taip užsinorėjau... Mmm...

    Straipsnis neblogas. Norėjau pasakyti, jog negalima "Prieiti prie išvados". Verčiau vartok "Daryti išvadas". Beje, prieš jungtuką "Bei" kablelis nededamas. Taip pat sakinys nepradedamas priešinamuoju jungtuku "Bet", geriau jau vartok sujungiamuosius sakinius.
    Pati šiuo metu laikausi vaisių dietos, tad atsisakau saldumynų, šokolado ir cukraus. Sužadinai apetitą. :)
